The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this Site. By accessing, viewing, or using the content, material, or services available on or through this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms, that you agree to them and intend to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, or if you are under 18 years of age, you are not granted permission to use this Site and must exit immediately.

I. Shipping Policy

Any and all orders placed through the Site are subject to our specific Shipping Policy. As a small business, we aim to ship almost all packages shipped within 48 to 72 hours. But, since many of our products are made by hand locally, this does add time to the expedited shipping and delivery time of your order. We do not fulfill orders made from 5pm Friday afternoons until the following Monday at 9am. This is why we ship any and all packages via UPS and USPS for immediate pickup every Tuesday. MFP&M LLC  is not responsible for the condition, delivery, or overall safety of your product purchase once your order leaves our shipping location here in Maine and is passed to the carrier. Any problems or questions related to the delivery of that package must be resolved between the customer and the carrier in accordance with the carrier's (USPS and UPS) policies. 


II. Pricing & Payment

The pricing available on this Site is for information purposes only for use by MFP&M LLC’s customers and potential customers and is subject to change/verification. While we aim to provide fair market product and pricing information, our product descriptions may contain numerical or typographical errors. If we do uncover that a product or service listed on the Site has been marked at an incorrect price or with incorrect, MFP&M LLC shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product or service. In the event that a product or service is mispriced, MFP&M LLC may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. MFP&M LLC prices and the availability of products for sale or services on jyotupvcfittings.com or mainelobsterfishermen.com are subject to change without notice. Some products or services on the Site may be available for purchase.

MFP&M LLC uses a third-party payment processor (Shopify, PayPal, Venmo, Amazon Pay) to process credit card transactions made through the Site. 

All wholesale pricing is to be paid prior to shipment. NET30 Terms available in year two of business relationship. There is a 15%  additional fee for orders not paid within the first 30 days (LATE FEE). An additional 30% charge is added by day 60 (LATE FEE). With another 30% charge added if not paid by day 90 (LATE FEE). 

III. Order Acceptance

MFP&M LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Among the circumstances that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. MFP&M LLC will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your payment has been received, MFP&M LLC will issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge.

V. Proprietary Rights

MFP&M LLC owns or licenses all content, graphics, forms, artwork, images and photographs on or made available through the Site, As between any user and MFP&M LLC, all names, trademarks, service marks, certification marks, symbols, slogans or logos appearing on the Site are proprietary to MFP&M LLC. Use or misuse of these trademarks is expressly prohibited and may violate federal and state trademark law. 

VI. Repairs

You will be charged a $50 fee for repairs of products on or after three months from the shipment date.

VII. Unauthorized Activities

You agree that you will not use the Site for (a) any illegal or unauthorized purposes that violate any local, national, or international laws (including import, export, copyright, and trademark laws); (b) modifying, copying, distributing, displaying, performing, reproducing, publishing, licensing, creating derivative works from, transferring, selling any of the Site Materials, unless otherwise authorized by these Terms or in a separate written agreement with MFP&M LLC; (c) any use of data mining, scraping, robots, spiders, crawlers or any other data gathering or extraction tools, except to the extent the Site is indexed by general purpose consumer accessible search engines, including Google, Yahoo, or Bing; or (d) sending unsolicited email, including promotions and/or advertising. You may use the Site and the Site Materials consistently with these Terms. Any other use of the Site or Site Materials, including the aforementioned unauthorized uses, without prior written permission of MFP&M LLC is prohibited. You acknowledge and agree that the unauthorized use of the Site or the Site Materials could cause irreparable harm to MFP&M LLC and that in the event of such unauthorized use, MFP&M LLC shall be entitled to an injunction in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.

VIII. Internet Security

MFP&M LLC uses reasonable efforts to ensure that the Site is reasonably available. However, there will be occasions when access to the Site may be interrupted or unavailable. MFP&M LLC will use reasonable efforts to minimize such disruption where it is within its reasonable control. You agree that MFP&M LLC shall not be liable to you for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Site.
